We're at Amstelveenseweg 172H, a small shop in Amsterdam South packing bento boxes by hand. Seven boxes, five donburi bowls, everything made the day it goes out. Rice still warm when the lid closes.

A bento is a Japanese lunch box built around balance: a base, a main, a few sides, something to finish. Four compartments, one complete meal, no assembly required at the table.
Amstelveenseweg 172H, 1075 XP Amsterdam. We're on the stretch of Amstelveenseweg in Oud-Zuid, a short walk from the southern end of Vondelpark.

Thinly sliced beef in a sweet, savoury soy glaze — Korean bulgogi over rice, with pickles and a gyoza on the side.
Every bento and donburi comes with a choice of base, made fresh when you order: Steamed Rice, Brown Rice (+€0,50), Soba Noodle (+€1,00), Udon Noodle (+€1,00). Add miso soup to make it a combo (+€1,50).
Sides run from takoyaki to gua bao, €4,90 and up.

We deliver across Amsterdam. Nothing is precooked offsite — every box is packed by hand the day it goes out.
